ISS packet radio active again on 145.825 MHz

The VHF packet system on the ISS, turned off in June because the air
purifier for the Automated Transfer Vehicle (ATV) needed to be plugged in,
is back on-the-air

Watch ISS AX.25 packets on 145.825 MHz FM at approx 7:21pm on August 24,
2012
