  Baofeng UV-5R video

  Chinese companies are now producing competitively priced dual-band FM
  amateur radio handhelds and this video shows one of them, the Baofeng
  UV-5R.

  The Baofeng UV-5R which gives 5 watts output on 144 and 430 MHz and
  has a 1800 mah battery. It can be bought online for around £42 ($68).
