Intermediate Licence Manual 6th Edition

The 6th edition of the Amateur Radio Intermediate Licence manual, by Steve Hartley G0FUW, is now available from the RSGB shop.

Steve G0FUW says the key changes are:

- a number of editing errors have been corrected - many picked up by eagle-eyed students
- additional words about handling numbers in a more scientific way
- mention of Kirchov's Voltage & Current laws now included
- replacement of the old solder-type PL259s with compression-types

- CEPT T/R 61-01 (CEPT Radio Amateur Licence), baseada na Recomendação de exame CEPT T/R 61-02 corresponde nos EUA à Extra Class e no Reino Unido à Advanced/Full licence, em Portugal à categoria 1.

- ECC/REC/(05)06 (CEPT Novice Licence), baseada na Recomendação ERC Report 32 corresponde nos EUA à General Class e no Reino Unido à Intermediate licence, em Portugal à categoria 2.
