HF radio network in remote Congo communities

In the Congo, short wave radio is being used to provide an early warning network for isolated rural communities.

The NGO Invisible Children have been installing an HF Early Warning Radio Network that enables local communities to provide information that is fed into an online graphical database that can be displayed on PC's or smartphones around the world, see
