* It has been reported that HZ1FI QSLs are being rejected.
Reason given - no documentation received by ARRL.


* Following the DXCC Desk's clarification on Russian prefixes which
counts for European Russia (See: DXCC and Russian Prefix Information), Boris, E73Y, disputes the line "Any call with the prefix U and the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7".

Boris states that the U5 callsigns has been used for WWII veterans in Ukraine not European Russia."

The Russian callsign system was changed in mid-2010.
