German CBer's get 12 watts SSB

The Deutscher Amateur Radio Club (DARC) report that German CB stations can now run 12 watts ERP SSB.

The ECC Decision (11)03 of June 24, 2011, paved the way for 12 watts PEP SSB output in the frequency band 26.960 - 27.410 MHz throughout the European Union.

The UK regulator OFCOM has still not enacted the ECC Decision.
