Ofcom - Spectrum in an age of innovation

On Tuesday, Ofcom Chief Executive Ed Richards delivered a speech at the European Competitive Telecommunication Association Regulatory Conference, entitled 'Spectrum in an age of innovation'.

He said:
"We are supporting the government in identifying candidate bands and already, it looks likely that two high-value bands, at 2.3 GHz and 3.4 GHz, could be available for commercial use in the near future."
