Digital Amateur Radio in France: It will change soon

DR  F - Digital Radioamateur France is pleased to announce that five French Ham radio representative societies have been welcomed by French Regulator ARCEP on March 11th, about new digital modes needed for ham radio operators. 

A general commitment has been agreed by modifying actual rules based on the report and requests delivered.

This achievement is the first step in new relationship between hamradio and French Regulator about digital modes. It's a result of 6 months working on a shared document and large ham radio request from 3 years now.
