Sines Cape Lighthouse (ARLHS POR-008)

*CS2FCS* is the call sign for the Cabo de Sines Lighthouse (Sines Cape
Lighthouse), locator IM57nx, on the air October 9th, 2010.

*A.R.L.A.* (Associação de Radioamadores do Litoral Alentejano), the regional
Ham Radio Society, will provide radio contacts from 9:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on
the fallowing frequencies:

3,730 MHz +/- 10KHz SSB
7,021 MHz +/- 10KHz CW
7,130 MHz +/- 10KHz SSB
14,021 MHz +/- 10KHz CW
14,221 MHz +/- 10KHz SSB

28,021 MHz +/- 10KHz CW
28,400 MHz +/- 10KHz SSB
50,135 MHz SSB
144,060 MHz CW
144,310 MHz SSB
145,375 MHz D-Star
145,475 MHz FM
432,060 MHz CW
432,310 MHz SSB
433,475 MHz FM
433,450 MHz D-Star
1296,060 MHz CW

This emission is unique, as it is the first occasion when Sines Cape
Lighthouse will be accessible on the Ham Radio bands.

Another very rare occurrence is the chance to get a contact with a
lighthouse on the 6 m, 2 m, 70 cm and 23 cm bands (including D-Star).

If you look for a contact with CS2FCS and would like to get the QSL Card,
please keep in mind that all contacts will be predominantly confirmed via
E-QSL.

QSL Cards, however, will be sent DIRECT anytime we receive a confirmation
with self addressed envelope and green stamp included.
