IARU-R1 VHF Beacon Guide

The IARU-R1 VHF Beacon Guide has been updated for Machine generated modes (MGM) messaging.

Following the Vienna meeting the Region-1 VHF Handbook has been updated to v5.42.

The chapter on Beacons has been updated with MGM messaging options and can now be seen at
