A IARU Região 1 convida as Estações HQ de todos os membros da IARU e todas as estações de grupos de comunicações de emergência a participar no Exercício Global Simulado de Emergência no Sábado, 15 de Maio de 2010, 04h00 - 08h00 UTC. 

A operação irá decorrer em frequências perto do Centro de Actividade (CoA) de emergência nas frequências de 80, 40, 20, 17 e 15 metros (+ - QRM).

Global Simulated Emergency Tests 2010 

The International Amateur Radio Union Region 1 Emergency Communications Group has announced that the two Global Simulated Emergency Tests this year will be on the 15th of May and the 13th of November.

GlobalSET is an opportunity to demonstrate how communications can occur across national borders, test use the emergency centre of activity frequencies on the 80, 40, 20, 17 and 15 metre bands, and create practices for international emergency communications.

Registrations are now being taken for IARU member societies and emergency communications groups to participate in next month's GlobalSET.
