G.hn: the new ITU-T Home Networking Standard
An article on the new Home Networking Standard appeared in the October issue of the IEEE Communications Magazine and can now be downloaded from the web.
The Home Grid Forum Resource Library carries a copy of the article at http://www.homegridforum.org/resource_library/
You need to register to download it, but any words will do in the name, address and email fields.
Figure 3 of the article shows the bandplan for Powerline networking extending out to 200 MHz. If the industry has the technology to use most of the VHF spectrum do they really need to trash the precious HF spectrum with the RF pollution generated by their products ?
