Objetivos: O concurso CDX PSK31 tem a honra de convidar pelo mundo inteiro os radioamadores a participar da competição do dia da independência no CDX PSK. O objetivo da competição será estabelecer o maior numero de contatos com estações Brasileiras e do mundo usando a modalidade BPSK31. As estações brasileiras trabalhadas terão um valor a mais como multiplicador de pontos.
 

Faixas: São permitidos aos participantes da competição trabalhar em 40 metros ( 7 megahertz ),em 20 metros ( 14 megahertz ), em 15 metros ( 21 megahertz ) e em 10 metros ( 28megahertz ).
 

Tipo de Competição: Os transmissores e receptores devem estar dentro de um circulo do diâmetro de 500 metros ou dentro dos limites da propriedade do endereço da licença da estação, quando a área da estação for superior a 500 metros, continua valendo a regra acima descrita. Todas antenas utilizadas pelo participante deverão estar conectadas fisicamente por fios aos transmissores e receptores. Somente será utilizado um call sign por estação, existirão dois grupos separados de participantes - estações brasileiras e estações dx. Todas as categorias de participantes são permitidas com distinção apenas no numero de operadores, único operador todas bandas ( all band ), único operador uma banda apenas ( mono band ), com distinção de potencia no modo HIGH POWER - 100W potencia máxima, LOW POWER 10W potencia máxima. O competidor devera claramente descrever sua categoria de potencia em seu log, caso não descrito estará automaticamente enquadrado na categoria de HIGH POWER. A potencia de saída final não devera exceder a 100w a qualquer momento de sua operação. Reclamações incidentes levarão a uma investigação futura pelo comitê. Somente será emitido um sinal em qualquer momento em uma banda.
 

Contatos: Os contatos serão realizados mediante a troca de sinais RST e numero progressivo iniciando do numero 0001. As estações brasileiras terão peso de 10 pontos enquanto estações dx 5 pontos.
 

Contabilização: a contabilização dos pontos será através da multiplicação do numero de contatos vezes o numero de pontos, gerando assim o score final.
 

Premiações : Os primeiros três colocados serão premiados de ambas categorias ( estações brasileiras ) CDX PSK, ( estações do mundo ) DX PSK. A contagem de pontos será publicada no site www.cantareiradx.com o resultado valido e final.
 

Logs e registros de contatos: Todos os contatos deverão estar no horário UTC obrigatoriamente, bem como numero seqüencial de contato. O comitê obriga o envio em formato CABRILLO, iniciado pelo callsign ( ex: py2aa.cbr ou py2aa.log ). O envio será feito através do website http://cantareiradx.com/portal/up os arquivos com erros de extensões não será aceito pelo robô, os arquivos aceitos ao termino do envio receberão uma mensagem de SUCESSO!!! os formatos aceitos serão CBR ou LOG.
 

Desclassificação: Violação de regulamentos de radioamadores no pais concorrente, ou as regras da competição, conduta antiesportiva, auto spoting, excessivos numero de spotings, entre outras caberá ao comitê julgador decidir a desclassificação, os números incorretamente registrados não serão computados para a estação de registro somente, valendo para a estação contatada. A utilização de qualquer meio fora do principio do concurso BPSK31 a fim de gerar contatos validos acarretarão instantaneamente a desclassificação do participante. As ações e as decisões do concurso cdx independence day psk31 serão executadas pelo comitê organizador da competição, e serão finais e oficial.

Date and Time: Starting time is at 00:00 UTC 07.09 and ending time is at 23:59 UTC 7.09
Objective: The contest Cantareira Dx has the honour to invite the radio amateurs all over the world to participate in the CDX PSK INDEPENDECE DAY Contest. The objective of the contest is to establish as many contacts as possible between radio amateurs around the worl and radio amateurs in Brasil by using the BPSK31 mode. Everybody can work everybody for QSO and the points multiplier.
 

Bands: Contest participants are allowed to work on 40 meters (7 MHz), 20 meters (14 MHz), 15 meters (21 MHz) and 10 meters (28 MHz).
Type of Competition: Transmitters and receivers must be located within a 500 meter diameter circle or within the property limits of the station licensees address, whichever is greater. All antennas used by the entrant must be physically connected by wires to the transmitters and receivers used by the entrant. Only the entrants callsign can be used to aid the entrants score. A different callsign must be used for each CDX PSK DX Contest entry. There are two separate groups of entrants - Brasil Stations and DX Stations. All categories of entrants are allowed to use packet and web clusters.
 

Categories: There are two categories for individual stations only. SOAB-HP Single operator, all bands, high power. Those stations at which one performs all of the operating, logging, and spotting functions. Only one signal is allowed at any one time. The operator may change bands at any time. The output power shall not exceed 100 watts. SOAB-LP Single operator, all bands, low power. Those stations at which one performs all of the operating, logging, and spotting functions. Only one signal is allowed at any one time. The operator may change bands at any time. The output power shall not exceed 10 watts. The operator must clearly indicate the output power in the log. If no power is mentioned in the log the participant's score will be moved to SOAB-HP category automatically.
 

Number Exchange: Brasil stations and DX stations should send signal report plus QSO number, starting 001. 
 

Points Brasil Stations: Contacts between stations in the Brasil stations are worth 10 points. Contacts between stations on the Dx 5 points.
 

Scoring: Scoring is the multipliy for all stations x all points; Ex: 100 contacts X 500 points = 50.000 scoring finish.
 

Awards and Badges: First three place certificates will be awarded in both categories (Brasil stations only). First place certificates will be awarded in both categories on every (DX stations only). The CDX PSK Trophy will be awarded for the first place in Brasil in both categories (Brasil stations only). The DX PSK Trophy will be awarded for the first place in the World in both categories (DX stations only). All scores will be published on the official Cantareira Dx Group website. To be eligible for an award.
 

Log Instructions: All times must be in UTC. All sent and received exchanges are to be logged. The Contest Committee accepts logs in the Cabrillo format ONLY. Name your Cabrillo file as your callsign (for example py2aa.cbr or py2aa.log). You may send your log via website adress http://cantareiradx.com/portal/up/ This files rob send message received SUCESS operation, not receive message device problem your file. Dead line is 30 set. Use this sample file as a standard entry log file for the CDX PSK DX Contest. Remember that the log file must be in CBR or LOG format.
 

Disqualification: Violation of amateur radio regulations in the country of the contestant, or the rules of the contest; unsportsmanlike conduct; taking credit for excessive unverifiable contacts or excessive unverifiable spotings will be deemed sufficient cause for disqualification. Incorrectly logged calls or numbers will be counted as unverifiable contacts for culprit only. The use by an entrant of any non-amateur means such as telephones, telegrams, internet, or the use of packet to solicit contacts during the contest is unsportsmanlike and the entry is subject to disqualification. Actions and decisions of the Cantareira Dx Group, Contest Committee are official and final.
