Public Consultation on the European table of frequency allocations

On Monday 16th June the European Radiocommunications Office (ERO) announced a public consultation on the European table of frequency allocations and utilisations in the frequency range 9 kHz to 3000 GHz, ERC Report 25.

A key feature of the report is footnote EU9 which says:

"In a growing number of CEPT countries, parts of the band 70.0-70.5 MHz is also allocated to the Amateur Radio service on a secondary basis."

It also incorporates the WRC-07 decisions on 136 kHz and a WRC-07 radio regulatory guidance note regarding the 500 kHz entry.

The consultation can be found in the list of ERO active consultations at http://www.ero.dk/consultation
