(...)
SPRN is a system for protection against missile attacks. The antenna is a synchrone phased (?) curtain-antenna with "Nikodenko" dipoles (constructed / developed/ invented by (?) ) Izenberg. The range of the antenna is from 21-24 MHz. The project "Duga-1" is located in Ukraina, near the Pripjat river. This is the reception antenna. 60 km away there is a smaller transmitter antenna. The transmitter is named "Condor" with an emitted radiation power of 2 megawatts. The transmitter needs a middle sized house. There were some of those transmitters working in a synchronized sequence.
