Do que eu conheço, este é o MELHOR Radio Jornal feito por radioamadores para radioamadores, a nível mundial.
Imaginem, é semanal e têm duas versões; A radiodifundida, é apresentada na WBCQ The Planet - Worldwide International Shortwave em 5.110, 7.415, 9.330 e 18.910 MHz com 116 minutos e a versão "condensada" feita para ser apresentada nos repetidores das associações e clubes de radioamadores com 60 minutos. ( Carlos Gonçalves, aqui está um caso onde não consegui encontrar os termos correctos para bem traduzir para português)
Não será preciso dizer que sou ouvinte todas as semanas deste EXCELENTE Radio Jornal, versão condensada, no trajecto entre a casa/trabalho e vice-versa através do meu Leitor de MP3.
Portanto, recomendo para todos que entendam minimamente o inglês falado, principalmente nos EUA.

This Week in Amateur Radio is distributed each Saturday evening
on the internet (www.twiar.org) and also on commercial C-Band satellite via
the "W0KIE Satellite Network" Saturdays at 9:00 PM (EST) on Intelsat Telstar
Six communications satellite, transponder 1 (V), 6.2 MHz Right/6.8 MHz Left
analog stereo audio sub carrier, located at 93 degrees west longitude in
equatorial geosynchronous orbit. The service is re-run on the satellite
network, Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm eastern time.
On the World Wide Web, program audio can now be found in two different
program lengths. Our full version which runs around 90 minutes and a new
condensed one hour version.
