European Amplitude Modulation Amateur Radio Group "EAMARG"

This is a group for licenced amateur radio operators (HAMs) who are
interested in the AMPLITUDE MODULATION (AM) mode of communications.
The group exists to promote the AM operation in the HAM bands and
provide information about operating events and technical matters.

EAMARG encourages regional AM activity insuring there is AM available
somewhere on the amateur bands. Based on the fact that the majority of
the AM calling frequencies in USA belong outside the european HF
bandplans... one of the EAMARG main goals is to help in the
establishment of AM calling frequencies that will be compatible with
the HF bandplans of the european countries.

EAMARG future plans including the sponsorship of operating events and
contests that will promote the use Amplitude Modulation.

In order to join this group you must be a licenced radio amateur.
