ARLA/CLUSTER : FW: [HFpack] HF Pack Frequencies - USB?

Alguem me explica o que é isso do pacote de HF?...Agora são so grupos que
definem modos de operação em vez de ser a IARU????...Não entendo muito bem o
que se está a passar!..Então se querem compatibilizar os modos de emissão
com os diversos serviços estatais e ONGs, que tal atribuirem QRGs fixas
comuns aos amadoricos e às ditas organizações?..A tal banda dos 5000 e tal
que ja deram na Inglaterra era optima. Podia ser que acabasse com a
frequencia criminosamente ocupada pelo "bando dos josefes" de 6643KHz!!!
O bando dos josefes está cada vez maior. Só não entendo porque é que pessoas
detentoras de um indicativo de operador amador (nome de radioamador
intencionalmente excluido), necessitam de ir para frequencias atribuidas à
aviação civil!   E depois vão para os 40m desfazerem-se em cortesias para
disfarçar!...cuidado com os "josefes". Eles andam aí nos 40m!!!
