ARLA/CLUSTER: NN8B shack online webcam

I am experimenting with an online webcam site that provides free 
broadcasting of webcams.

I thought it might be neat to put my shack video online so whoever I 
am in QSO with could see where it was originating from live.

This may be really neat for the K1Y operations.

I am testing it right now and am setting on the 28.170 mHz SKCC 
frequency.

I am find a delay of about 20 seconds or so. 
Interesting stuff.
