In same place is  CT1ART/B (2 mts) freq 144.406 CW  ,PWR +- 40W , antena HOLOOP M2.

sometimes as today I hear a weak portuguese beacon "CT1ART" in IM57ah, 
is that right?
Where is the location, please?
